Shipping & Returns

All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to BB Bedon LLC’s shipping policies.
In the rare event that your order does not arrive, notification of lost items must be received within 30 days from receipt of purchase.

Return Policy
All sales made through are subject to BB Bedon LLC's return policy. All returns must be mailed and postmarked no later than 14 days after purchase. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with returns. All Items returned are for store credit or exchange only and all sale items are final.

Return Processing
All sales made through are subject to our return policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and not worn. Items must be free of smoke, perfume or other odors. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return or as a valid exchange. Items returned will be inspected by a staff member to ensure quality assurance. Please use care when trying on items that you may wish to return or exchange.

Once we receive your return package, please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your banking institution, it may take several days to post the funds to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Since many of our items sell out quickly, the best way to make an exchange is to place a new order for the item you want. This will ensure that your item is still in stock. Once we receive your return, we will waive the shipping charges on the new order, and send you a return confirmation email.

To make an exchange with free standard shipping:
1. Place a new order for the item(s) you want.
2. Send an email to with your name, your return order number and your new order number. 
3. Return the items you would like to exchange (see our Return Policy above for details).

If you are exchanging an item for a different size in the same style and color, we are happy to match the original price you paid for the exchange.

When exchanging an item(s) all shipping expenses are entirely your responsibility. Please make sure you pack the items well and use postage that is traceable, as we cannot be responsible for lost items.
